FIFTH WEEK - Second part: FA workshop at the Venue

Today I've had an amazing afternoon with Matt Jones, a FA coach that had come to the Venue, our club training complex to talk about the England DNA, the four corner model that all the English clubs work in it and to do a workshop about the philosophy that we want as a coaches and the philosophy our club wants and how we could linked them.

In Catalonia, we don't have that things and I think that could be a very positive action that the Spanish federation work to create workshops like that where Spanish federation coaches are going to develop the different clubs of Spain.

Otherwise we've the coach day or different workshops in Catalonia of different topics that you've to pay for them, that's a new way of improve the football strategy of all the clubs and I think a really good proposal of the FA.
