When the last week arrived, I received probably one of the best opportunities of my life, I was invited to the welsh coaches conference where I could learn and listen coaches like Thierry Henry, Pepijn Lijnders, Mikel Arteta, Chris Coleman or Osian Roberts and I see Carl Darlington too, one of the best coaches that were at TNS this season.

The conference was awesome, I think that's a very good proposal to do the renewals of the UEFA B and A licence because the coaches that go there are studying new concepts during 15 hours and that provides them to have the UEFA licences on date.
