THIRD WEEK - Second part

As I told you in the last post, in this one I'll introduce you about what I've been doing during the first three weeks in TNS.

There's one big difference between what TNS and my club work in, in TNS all it's done by guided discovery when in Spain we normally do the things by direct instructions. I think that a mix of the two types of training could be the best one so it's important for me to learn about how they are doing the learning process of the players.

What have surprised me more is that in all their youth games, they don't have referee so the players are not complaining to no one and the game is more continued than the Spanish game is. That don't happened when we've gone to play against premier league academies, there they play with referee and liners or with referee, it depends on the age of the players.

But the most important thing that I've been working for the club is to introduce them what in Catalonia we say collective game, it's like a part of the tactical process that has to learn the player but it involves all the other process, technical, physical and psychological in relation to the formation we are playing so it has different attack and defense movements it depends on the position of the players.

This methodology of work I think that's one of the best ones because the player could see what the team needs of him at the weekend and he could become more comfortable for the game so I hope that this could improve TNS.

On the other hand, during next weeks I'll be also working in corner strategy, as in attack as in defense so I'll inform you about which are the new works I'm doing.
