NINTH WEEK - Another academy visited: Finch Farm Training Complex or Everton Academy

Many times we want to know how the big clubs work and which are the facilities they have to train and improve the level of the players. If you have visited my blog, in the last posts I've been talking about other top academies of England but I think there is a bid difference between them and the Everton one. As many clubs try to have different teams created that grow together in the finch farm training complex I saw probably one of the clubs that sign more new players. There were lots of trials players and they have lots of scouters in different clubs that give advise of the top players that could be in the nearest zones of Liverpool.

One of the lovely things that difference the English and the Spanish football is the diet and food treatment that they give to the players. In Spain it's hard to see the same team eating together a good recovery food but if we have a look in the top academies of the premier league, for all of them is a must to take care of that and provide to the players a good recovery after the games, something for me very important that we need to improve in Spain.

You could see some photos of the academy attached.
